Job description

We’re looking for a mid-level HTML Email Developer with a strong foundation in coding responsive HTML emails and a good understanding of email marketing tools and practices. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating, testing, and deploying high-quality email campaigns that reach large-scale audiences effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Code clean, responsive HTML emails compatible with all major email clients and devices.

  • Collaborate with design and marketing teams to translate mockups into functional email templates.

  • Test and troubleshoot emails across browsers, devices, and platforms using tools like Litmus or Email on Acid.

  • Set up and send large-scale email campaigns using tools such as Mailchimp, SendGrid, HubSpot, or similar.

  • Monitor campaign performance and deliverability metrics to continuously improve results.

  • Ensure compliance with email best practices, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR.

Job requirements

  • 2+ years of experience coding HTML emails (not only web HTML).

  • Solid understanding of email client limitations and rendering quirks.

  • Experience using email marketing platforms to send high-volume campaigns.

  • Familiarity with testing tools like Litmus, Email on Acid, or similar.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

  • Good English communication skills – written and verbal.

Nice to have

  • Experience with email automation workflows and segmentation strategies.

  • Basic knowledge of CSS inlining, media queries, and accessibility in email.

  • Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools for email marketing.
