We’re looking for a Project Manager with a strong background in agile methodologies, software development, and data warehousing to lead critical initiatives and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams and managing the full lifecycle of software development and data analytics projects. You’ll collaborate with developers, data engineers, stakeholders, and leadership to deliver value-driven results within agile frameworks.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end software development and data warehousing/analytics projects.

  • Drive agile ceremonies and maintain agile project artifacts (Epics, Features, User Stories, Burndown Charts, etc.).

  • Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and data engineers to translate business needs into actionable plans.

  • Use JIRA to manage project timelines, backlogs, and team capacity while ensuring transparency and accountability.

  • Understand and contribute to technical discussions around data architecture, pipelines, and medallion architecture.

  • Create clear, insightful reports and presentations using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

  • Identify and resolve project risks, manage scope changes, and maintain alignment with business goals.

  • Foster open communication, strong team collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Job requirements

  • 2+ years of project management experience, specifically in software development and data analytics projects.

  • Strong hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe preferred).

  • Proficient in JIRA, including epics, stories, reporting, and backlog management.

  • Solid understanding of data platforms, architecture concepts (especially medallion architecture), and collaboration with data engineering teams.

  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and active listening skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Nice to have

  • SAFe certification or PMI-ACP certification.

  • Experience in fast-paced, cross-functional environments delivering technology and analytics solutions.

  • Strong understanding of SDLC and agile best practices
