  • Hands-on expertise with both supervised and unsupervised learning.

  • Demonstrated success in bringing data science models into production within commercial products or platforms.

  • Hands-on experience with libraries such as scikit-learn, Keras, pandas, and NumPy for building, evaluating, and deploying machine learning models.

  • Ability to navigate complex datasets and deploy scalable, high-performance analytical solutions.

  • Strong business orientation with a sense of urgency and focus on real-world outcomes.

  • Independent problem-solving skills and initiative to innovate in ambiguous, high-stakes environments.

  • Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in healthcare data, especially involving clinical workflows, diversion detection, or medication use.

  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks like HIPAA or GDPR.

  • Exposure to cloud-based platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).

  • Background in cybersecurity, cyber-marketing, or other behavior-focused predictive modeling domains.
